Silver oxide vs alkaline
357 IS a silver oxide battery. It provides a more stable voltage than alkaline LR44, which is why it is preferred in watches and precision instruments.
Important: 357 and 303 are both silver oxide batteries of the same diameter but 303 is slightly thinner. Check your device — in most cases 357 is the correct choice.
